Aerial inspection
Who it's for
Anyone who needs to see a site once, without a monthly plan: investors checking progress before a payment milestone, buyers evaluating a project before reserving, or owners who want an overview of their build.
The difference from a regular drone pilot is judgment: we know which parts of the build matter and we document them so they make sense.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I order just one inspection?
Yes. This is a one-time service; if you later want monthly follow-up, we switch you to progress monitoring.
What if it rains or it's too windy?
We don't fly in unsafe conditions. We reschedule for the first day with good weather.
Will this help me decide whether to buy?
It gives you a real view of progress and surroundings — a good complement to the developer's materials. A purchase decision also has legal and financial aspects worth reviewing with a lawyer.
How soon do I get the photos and video?
Within 72 hours of the flight.
