Construction monitoring for owners who can't be here.

AeroObra RD documents the real progress of your project with drone flights and regular site visits — applied civil engineering, not just photos — and reports back in clear, easy-to-read updates, even if you're thousands of miles away.

01 — Why AeroObra RD exists

The real reason

Buying pre-construction from abroad is an act of faith.

Many of our clients bought their condo pre-construction without ever setting foot on the lot. They live in the United States, Canada or Europe, and their only source of information is usually whatever the developer chooses to show them.

At AeroObra RD we fly drones over these projects to give them something different: an independent, technical view that lets them follow the real progress of their investment without flying in every other month to see it with their own eyes.

That's where our other two services came from: aerial content for people selling land and properties, and the pre-delivery inspection, where we check — as engineers, not salespeople — whether what you're about to receive is really what you were promised.

Ongoing monitoring

A project in Cap Cana, five months later.

This is one of the beachfront projects we monitor in the area. Drag the slider to compare January with July — same angle, same structure, progress documented month after month.

Reports like this one reach investors in Miami, Toronto and Madrid without them having to board a plane. Every visit is documented with date, angle and technical notes, so progress can be tracked over time — not just seen once.

Who we are

AeroObra RD — Applied civil engineering

We work in Punta Cana and Bávaro, monitoring construction projects for clients who, for the most part, don't live in the Dominican Republic.

AeroObra RD was born from seeing the same situation again and again: someone puts a big part of their savings into a condo thousands of miles away and then spends months without really knowing how construction is going. We use drones and civil engineering training to change that — we don't sell the project, we oversee it.

Founded by a licensed civil engineer, today we work closely with a small group of investors, and we'd like to keep it that way: fewer projects, with real attention given to each one.
