Do I need the developer's permission?
Not for aerial shots taken from outside the site. To enter the site for ground-level or interior photos, the developer has to authorize it — we'll help you request it.
How often do you visit?
Monthly is most common. At key stages (for example, close to handover) more frequent visits may make sense; we'll discuss it with you.
How soon do I get the report?
Within 72 hours of each visit, by email or WhatsApp.
What if I see a delay or something I don't like?
The report gives you dated evidence, so you can talk to the developer about facts, not impressions. If needed, we'll explain the technical scope of what we observed.
Do you work with any project?
Yes, as long as it's in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana or nearby. We're independent from developers. We're happy to help in English.
